Title: AI_Native Governance for Enterprise Cloud Transformation
Abstract:
Enterprises everywhere are racing toward cloud-first and AI-driven ways of working. Yet, despite massive investments, many transformation programs fall short, not because of a lack of ambition, but due to fragmented governance, inconsistent data, and the weight of legacy systems.
In this keynote, we’ll explore a more practical and future-ready approach: AI-Native Governance. Rather than treating governance as a constraint, this approach reimagines it as an intelligent, adaptive layer the one that uses AI to guide decisions, automate controls, and bring clarity to complex transformations.
Drawing from real-world experiences with large-scale SAP modernization and cloud migration programs at organizations like Intel, this session will show how AI can move beyond experimentation into real impact. From improving data quality and automating validation to strengthening compliance and orchestrating critical cutover activities, AI can help enterprises operate with greater confidence and precision.
We’ll also introduce a practical reference framework for building AI-ready enterprise architectures, covering everything from data lineage and risk management to AIOps and responsible AI practices aligned with global standards.
